Course overview
In this course students will cover coaching fundamentals including how to plan and deliver coaching programs for high-performing athletes, apply sport psychology principles, and coordinate health and wellness programs. In addition, you'll develop essential sports industry skills including managing risk, leading and managing people, and maintaining workplace health and safety. Taking your skills to the next level, students will also be mentored in team leadership and management, discover how to utilise emotional intelligence to maximise outcomes, and learn how to develop and implement effective projects and business operational plans.
