This field has been enabled and expanded by the digitalisation of big data and the growth of AI. It allows people management professionals to move beyond historical HR metrics, benchmarking and labour market analysis. People analytics generates new insights from existing data though the use of descriptive, visual, predictive and narrative analytical techniques. Through the Graduate Certificate in People Analytics, you will develop a deep, practical grasp of the challenges of managing people and organisations in a changing and complex world, marking yourself as highly valued strategic advisor.
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.
You must have successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
You may also be considered if you have a minimum of five years full-time experience (FTE) or equivalent, working in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
