Course overview

The Master of Urban Design combined with the Master of Urban Planning produces professionals who can simultaneously express their creativity whilst channeling their social conscience to improve our cities, towns and regions.

Entry requirements

Postgraduate entry

A three-year undergraduate degree in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent)

  • A design portfolio
  • A personal statement of up to 500 words outlining relevant prior study and work experience, and motivation to undertake this course.
English requirement
IELTS Academic 6.5

If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
