The Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development is designed to prepare students with a knowledge base and technical skills for careers within property related industries and professions. Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field (Note - This program is not available to graduates of Bonds Bachelor of Property, students may consider either the Graduate Certificate in City Planning or Graduate Certificate in Project Management as an alternative. )
