ProviderWestern Sydney UniversityWesterns streamlined Master of Engineering can be completed in two years to get you fully qualified and progressing your career sooner. This degree is taught at our innovative Parramatta City Campus, and enables you to pursue a major from our broad set of engineering fields. Completion of this program will prepare you for a dynamically developing and changing technological environment, allowing you to stay at the forefront of the engineering world. All six Majors, namely, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering of the Master of Engineering program have full accreditation at the Professional Engineer level from Engineers Australia.
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.
Applicants must have successfully completed a recognised four year undergraduate degree, or higher, in engineering in one of the specialisations, e.g.
Civil, Environmental, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunication.
If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
