Course overview

This International Dual Degree lets you gain global experience while earning two degrees: a BSc (International Exercise and Sports Science) from ECU and a BSc (Hons) Sport, Health and Exercise Sciences from the University of Portsmouth (UK). You’ll study three years at ECU and one year in the UK. If you’re interested in health, fitness, and helping others improve their lifestyle or sports performance, this degree prepares you for careers with elite athletes, community health, corporate wellness, and more. You’ll gain skills to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance health, prevent chronic disease, and boost athletic performance. Majors include Football Performance, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Occupational Safety and Health, and Sport Business, and the course can lead to further study in clinical exercise physiology, education, dietetics, or strength and conditioning coaching.
