Course overview
The Bachelor of Health Promotion is an innovative degree that focuses on holistic and multidisciplinary approaches that promote individual and community health and wellbeing. It produces industry ready graduates capable of working in a variety of health promotion settings. The content and structure of the degree is drawn from the Ottawa Charter’s five action areas (Building Healthy Public Policy, Creating Supportive Environments, Strengthening Community Action, Developing Personal Skills and Reorienting Health Services) and key strategies for health promotion (negotiating, enabling and advocating).
