SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme)
Applicants who have experienced educational disadvantage are encouraged to apply for the Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS).
Depending on eligibility and your circumstances, a SEAS application may provide support for your course application.

Applicants with Higher Education study
AHPRA Registration
Registered as an Enrolled Nurse/Division 2 Nursing with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Minimum level of education
Successfully completed a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) approved Diploma of Nursing course less than 10 years ago.
English language proficiency
Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency either by providing a written declaration that English is their primary language or evidence that they have achieved the minimum English language test results as specified in the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's (NMBA) English language skills registration standard .
Personal Statement
If you have been excluded from a course due to academic progress you are encouraged to submit a personal statement outlining the strategies you will adopt to ensure academic success in the future.
Age requirement
Applicants must be 18 years of age by 1 December of the first year of the course in order to meet the mandatory requirements for clinical placements.
Underage applicants who cannot meet this requirement are not eligible for an offer.
