Bachelor of Education (Early Years and Primary)

We offer a contemporary and dynamic approach to the professional preparation of teachers and those who want to work with young children (birth to 12 years) in primary schools, kindergartens and child care settings. Our VIT accredited course focuses on transformative teaching practices, multiple perspectives, intentional and strategic teaching, critical reflection, leadership skills, social justice and equity. You have a unique opportunity to participate in a holistic program that blends on-campus learning, internal placements in our on-campus practical room, specific professional placements and field day visits. You will benefit from small class sizes and be taught by staff with extensive industry experience who are committed to teaching an evidence-based curriculum.
