Current Year 12 graduates
Entry Requirements for Diploma & Bachelor courses
Applicants who have completed a Senior Secondary Certificate (Year 12) in Australia, or an equivalent qualification overseas, are eligible to apply for entry.
There is no minimum ATAR requirement.
Recent Year 12 graduates
Applicants with Higher Education study
Applicants who have successfully completed at least half of the first year of study (0.5 EFTSL) of a higher education diploma, associate degree, bachelor degree or higher, or an equivalent qualification overseas, will be eligible to apply for entry.
There is no minimum GPA (grade point average) requirement.
Applicants with VET study
Applicants who have successfully completed a VET Certificate III qualification, or an equivalent qualification overseas, will be eligible to apply for entry to a Diploma course.
Students may then use successful completion of the Diploma as entry for the Bachelor degree.
Applicants who have successfully completed a VET Certificate IV or higher qualification, or an equivalent qualification overseas, will be eligible to apply for entry to a Bachelor course.
Applicants with work and life experienceApplicants who have not completed Year 12, and do not have prior higher education or vocational education study, can apply based on their work and life experience.
To gain entry via this pathway, applicants must:
• Be over the age of 18 on the first day of teaching,
• Have completed Year 10 secondary schooling,
• Be able to demonstrate their potential for success through a range of work and/or life experiences, including but not limited to:
- paid employment
- volunteering
- sporting achievements
- creative or performing arts achievements
- foundation or preparatory study
- short courses or certifications
- leadership experience
- cultural responsibilities.
Evidence of work and/or life experience can be evidenced by providing a resume, letters of commendation, certifications, testimonials, a portfolio of creative work, a link to a performance piece or other written or digital statements.
Where relevant, applicants may be required to participate in an admissions interview.
