If you have overseas secondary or tertiary qualifications from countries where English is not the standard language of instruction, you must provide evidence of proficiency in the English language.
(Minimum scores required for IELTS academic are Speaking=5.5, Writing=6.0, Reading=5.5, Listening=5.5, Overall=6.0 or for TOEFL are Speaking=17.0, Writing=20.0, Reading=12.0, Listening=11.0, Overall=60.0)
